Also available: A suction cup attachment option for customers who would rather display their tag on a vehicle or home window, or other smooth surface.

The back is fully customizable with the information that’s most important for your pet, including emergency contacts, medical conditions, medications, feeding instructions, behavioral notes, microchip numbers, and more. Every tag is designed specifically for your pet.

How Ordering Works

1. Place your order through our website.
2. After purchasing, fill out the Contact Us form on our website. You may also message us directly on Facebook if you prefer.
3. We’ll contact you using the email address you provide (or continue the conversation on Facebook) with instructions for submitting your pet’s information, photos (if applicable), and any customization requests.
4. We’ll create a digital mockup for your review. You’re welcome to request changes until it’s exactly how you want it.
5. Once you approve the final mockup, your Emergency Info Tag will be made and shipped to the shipping address provided with your order.
