Shipping policy

Turnaround time varies based on order volume and material availability.

• Custom orders made with on-hand materials are typically made and shipped within 1 week.
• Custom orders requiring materials to be ordered (colors or sizes not currently in stock) typically have a 1.5–2 week turnaround time.

These time frames represent minimum expected processing times and may vary during busy periods.

Customers are always welcome to message us for order updates. 

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will always do our best to assist and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

The Dog Gear Outlet is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

• Weather delays
• Carrier processing delays
• Holiday volume delays
• Incorrect delivery scans

While we cannot control carrier timelines, we are always happy to assist customers in locating packages or filing claims when necessary.
